Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. In the case of any technical issues encountered during online fee payment, such as:

2. Payment Debited but Interrupted: If the payment is debited from your credit/debit card and the internet connection is lost due to external server malfunction or any similar issue.

3. Acknowledgment Generation Failure: If the system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.

Please Note:

4. We shall not be responsible for any payment issues until the course fee paid by the student or parent is credited to the institute's bank account. Once credited to our account, the refund policy will apply as per the institute's norms.

5. Fees/amounts once paid are not refundable under any circumstances.
